God has kept positioning us so that we remember to keep Christ and eternal things as our focus and He is teaching us to keep our eyes off of ourselves and temporal matters. Daily keeping in His Word has been our comfort to many situations He has allowed us to go through. It's amazing how quickly we wander when we're not daily fed and sustained by His Scripture. And also disheartening how quickly we cast the things aside even after being fed by Him.
